How to Setup Change for Success
February 24 - March 13 2022
Learn how - it's easier than you think!
We all know that change is hindered by lack of communication. But the real challenge is more than just providing more information.
We need to frame and communicate change in the right way to engage employees so that they absorb the change more deeply and are ready to apply it in their daily work.
And we need to do this with less effort and time so that employees are not stressed or taken away from their operational responsibilities.
Make Change Easier on Everyone
It is much easier for people to consistently make change happen when they are engaged in a focused, two-way communication process together with leaders and peers.
When leaders communicate with people transparently and empathetically, people can develop more trust in the process and commit more readily to make change happen successfully. And leaders also gain early insight into potential hidden risks that can derail the change. By identifying these hidden risks early leaders can pro-actively prevent issues, reduce resistance and better equip people to change. |
Effective engagement does not have to take so much time and effort as you may assume or be used to.
You can use a simple proven framework that includes a set of easy to use communication and design tools. This framework is based on organization change and neuroscience research and is scientifically designed to reduce the cognitive load and emotional effort of making change happen.
