Lead change with less effort, less stress and better results

Learn how - it's easier than you think!

We all know that change is hindered by lack of communication. But the real challenge is more than just providing more information.

We need to frame and communicate change in the right way to engage employees so that they absorb the change more deeply and are ready to apply it in their daily work.

And we need to do this with less effort and time so that employees are not stressed or taken away from their operational responsibilities.

Make Change Easier on Everyone

It is much easier for people to consistently make change happen when they are engaged in a focused, two-way communication process together with leaders and peers.

When leaders communicate with people transparently and empathetically, people can develop more trust in the process and commit more readily to make change happen successfully. And leaders also gain early insight into potential hidden risks that can derail the change.  By identifying  these hidden risks early leaders can pro-actively prevent issues, reduce resistance and better equip people to change.

Effective engagement does not have to take so much time and effort as you may assume or be used to.

You can use a simple proven framework that includes a set of easy to use communication and design tools. This framework is based on organization change and neuroscience research and is scientifically designed to reduce the cognitive load and emotional effort of making change happen.

In this course you will gain expertise in these techniques and tools to

  • Frame change so people can quickly and easily understand what's important,
  • Focus interactive communication to get everyone on the same page quickly,
  • Uncover hidden risk that could derail the change,
  • Reduce resistance before it builds up,
  • Build trust and commitment,
  • Avoid unnecessary effort and stress.

The expertise you gain in this course will enable you to

  • Lead and facilitate change with empathy,
  • Navigate the unknown with confidence,
  • Discover new opportunities,
  • Save time, effort and money,
  • Reduce the drain on your energy,
  • Improve the change journey experience for everyone.

Happy business people who have successfully made change happen

What past Students say ...

Engaging and Practical

Michael Melenberg CMC

I took the first module of the Strategic Change by Design Certificate that Louise Harris facilitates . The course was engaging through great dialogue with Louise and the other course takers, easy to read and insightful materials, and (perhaps most importantly) practical tools. To the latter, I leveraged one of the tools on a client project within weeks of completing the course, demonstrating its practicality. I look forward to taking Modules 2 and 3 in the near future, as Change Management is integral to my consulting practice.
